One of my friend introduced IndLangs to us 4-5 weeks ago. Seven of us joined the first batch and are just a weekend away to completion. Have to say Raghavendra who runs these classes is brilliant. He is really a teacher of languages. He has a fine method and approach to understanding the unstructured minds of non South Indian language speakers and his teaching incorporates that. We each are delighted with Raghavendra's style. He throws in a bit of culture, a bit of literature, a bit of films a bit of history... his classes are a delight.
Raghavendra is an excellent teacher. He ensured that he taught us in a way that we could use the language in our daily lives. His Method of teaching is extremely simple and breaks the language down into its most basic form. 10 classes with him helped me more than years of trying to learn the language. I'm now able to communicate with a large portion of my work force and they too are surprised at how quickly I've picked up the basics of Kannada. Dhanyawadagalu Raghav !
Have taken the spoken & the read/write classes at IndLangs. Both were fantastic, and I came away knowing how to understand & converse in Kannada. As promised, I was reading & writing Kannada before even the read/write classes got over! Raghavendra is an excellent teacher. One not only learns the language but comes away with better appreciation of Kannada culture, movies, books. And an appreciation for the depth of Kannada literature.
Thoroughly enjoyed learning to read and write Kannada. Mr. Raghavendra made the process extremely easy through his simple rules of tackling the language. Thank you sir.
Raghavendra is an excellent trainer for Kannada. He shares useful tips that helped us to get started and be fearless in speaking. He has a very good sense of humour and made the entire experience an enjoyable one. His course is very well formatted to enable a North Indian like me to start speaking Kannada!
Raghavendra is an outstanding teacher. He has a wonderful gift for making learners feel at ease. His delightful sense of humour makes his classes lively and interactive. He has evolved his teaching methods over many years of interacting with students of all ages. So when we take his class, we benefit from the years of his refinement. The results were there for all participants to see. It was a joy to see people from various cultures start to speak simple Kannada sentences in just a few classes. I have no hesitation to say that Raghavendra's classes give one of the best introduction to the beautiful Kannada language and culture.
